Do I Need to Have an Inspection & Assessment for the new Government legislation?
It doesn't matter whether you are a small business, or a large corporation, if you have an air conditioning system then as a building owner or manager you must ensure that an Energy Assessment and Inspection has been carried out by a fully qualified CIBSE Inspector.
After your Energy Inspection, you may also be required to carry out the recommended actions outlined within the Assessment report. You should also be advised to prepare and keep information from the inspection so that any timescales and costs are kept to a minimum.
